Event Summary Aimed at teachers, TAs and volunteers this course will consider practical ways of maintaining and organising your primary school library.
Event description If your primary school library is overwhelmed with books and you're struggling to find ways of maintaining and developing a book collection that is engaging and accessible, this course is an ideal starting point.

We look at the issues frequently encountered by those trying to manage a primary school library such as stock organisation and editing, issuing, and shelving books, the pros and cons of library management systems and getting the best from a small budget.

We'll focus on practical time-saving solutions to make your collection easier to maintain and simple to use meaning your time can be spent on activities that engage readers and make a difference.
